Kevin and Kris Nezat built Fearless Companies from their experience as working owners. They know the weight of payroll, equipment, customers, employees, family, reputation, and decisions that cannot be handed to someone else.
Fearless Companies is the umbrella for operating businesses owned by Kevin and Kris, including Underground, Inc., Heritage Investment Properties, Saraland Mini Storage & Office Complex, and Underground Ink. Each business operates independently with its own customers, services, and responsibilities. The advisory practice is where that operator experience is put to work alongside other established owners.
Fear Not Foundation is the related philanthropic destination. It shares values with Fearless Companies, but it is a separate nonprofit organization with separate governance, finances, operations, and responsibilities.
Fearless Companies is not a networking club, speaker series, lead exchange, or status organization. Members do not use the room as an audience or sales channel. The purpose is better decisions, stronger businesses, and follow-through.
Fearless Companies LLC is headquartered at 1494 Celeste Road in Saraland. Advisory work happens in a private working environment; the arena suite extends the relationship through hospitality. Correspondence and inquiries are handled by Kevin.
