Structured advisory sessions
Twice-monthly working sessions focused on real business decisions. Members bring the actual problem, receive direct counsel, and leave with a clear next step.

A private place for serious owners to tell the truth, make better decisions, and follow through with peers who understand the weight of the final call.
Fearless Companies is the umbrella for businesses owned and operated by Kevin and Kris Nezat. Each serves its own customers with its own team, services, and contact path.

Fearless Companies is a peer advisory and business consulting practice. Members meet regularly to work on their businesses together, with structured facilitation, defined deliverables, and a shared standard for how the room operates.
Twice-monthly working sessions focused on real business decisions. Members bring the actual problem, receive direct counsel, and leave with a clear next step.
Each hot-seat session is followed by a written plan delivered within 48 hours — the room's counsel, organized, so nothing gets lost between meetings.
Periodic review connects the owner's financial picture to the decisions in front of the business. This is advisory context, not accounting, and it stays practical, confidential, and tied to action.
The arena suite is an included part of the relationship, not the product. It gives members another setting to spend time together and host people important to their businesses.
A Fearless Member Company is peer-vetted, personally accountable, and committed to the Fearless Standards. The designation must continue to be earned.
Members are one call or text away from each other. Introductions, second opinions, vendor recommendations, and quiet help — routed through the room, not broadcast to the market.

The Founders Room is where established owner-operators work through consequential decisions with people who understand payroll, capital, customers, family, reputation, and risk. Admission is personal and handled privately.
This is a quiet room. What is said inside it stays inside it. Members do not use it as a marketing channel, an audience, or a lead list. They use it to do better work.
Seven standards. Each one is an oath the room takes, and a practice the room lives by.
Time is priceless.
Sessions start and end on time. A member who repeatedly cannot honor the twice-monthly commitment cannot continue to hold a seat.
No ego at the table.
The member in the hot seat asks for help. The members around the table act as allies, not judges.
The truth wins. Not me. Not you.
The room says what needs to be said, including when the owner is part of the problem. Delivery is respectful. Content stays honest.
What's said here stays here.
Confidentiality survives departure. A material breach is grounds for immediate suspension and removal.
Bring the work and the options.
Every major discussion produces a next action. Commitments are reviewed at 30 and 90 days.
We will find a solution.
When more information is required, the member names what will be gathered and by what date.
When one of us wins, we all win.
The room wins when a member and member company improve. Members do not compete for status inside the room.
Fearless grew from the real operating experience behind utility construction, commercial property, self-storage, and custom apparel businesses. The founders still carry payroll, customer, capital, and personnel decisions of their own.
Fearless Companies does not enroll members through the website. If you are a business owner and would like to open a conversation, this form reaches Kevin directly. Expect a phone call, not a form response.
